Where do you ship to?

We ship nationwide in the US.

How long does order processing take?

We strive to ship within one business day of placing your order, often shipping the same day.

How long does shipping take?

We ship USPS Priority Mail which can take 1-3 days from Oklahoma. We provide you with your tracking number at shipment so you can track your order!

Returns

How do I return an item?

Due to the nature of the products being edible, Simply Candy cannot accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at support@simplycandy.com, and we can assist. 

My candy arrived damaged, what should I do?

We work hard to make sure your products arrive to you as intended. If something comes to you damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@simplycandy.com within three business days of receiving your order, and we can assist. 

Can I exchange for a different item?

Due to the nature of the products being edible, Simply Candy cannot exchange your product. If you have an issue with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at support@simplycandy.com, and we can assist.

Can I cancel my order?

We strive for fast shipment, and we are well-stocked and aware that you want your Candy fast! We can cancel an order placed as long as we have yet to process the order. We strive to ship within one business day, often with a same-day turnaround.
